Zinio is a website which allows you to view a large selection of magazines on your computer..you still have to pay of course.
It requires you to set up an account, and download the latest version of Zinio reader to view the magazines and articles. You can download by choosing genre of magazine, and even the country and region it is from.
You can use clever tools whilst reading the article like zoom, and you can save pictures. This is the equivalent of scanning an image in through to your computer.
